I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, with over five years of experience supporting clients both virtually and in person. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and rooted in sustainable lifestyle change that honors the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to health coaching, I am a Yoga Instructor and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, as well as a Mindfulness and Meditation Healer, with over six years of teaching and facilitation experience. I integrate movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nutrition to help clients cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves.
Outside of my work, you’ll often find me surfing, reading, soaking up the sunshine, or in the kitchen creating nourishing, health-forward meals. I believe wellness should feel empowering, joyful, and aligned with real life — not restrictive or overwhelming.
